Occasionally abandon the safe cocoon of your computer screens. Forever boycott the famous places itinerary package tours.
Stop the excessive shopping as a therapy. Stop surfing for porn and actually reach out to a member of the opposite sex whom you find attractive. Throw your jet setting job in your boss's face and go build yourself the log hut in the mountains you've been planning on for later. Drop off from the highway onto a deserted trail with grave sized potholes.
